1. Guarantee does not include changes in color or design.
2. We are happy to fix any lifting, chipping, cracking, or broken nails within 7 days of service.
3. 7-day guarantee policy will not be applied to regular polish.
4. Customer is responsible for their choice of color.
5. Please inform us if you cannot return to our salon within 7 days. We are happy to help resolve your issues.
